Building our service design expertise

We are entering a new age of service design, as brands reconnect with customers who are crying out for transformational experiences that inspire them and meet their needs. To make sure we are meeting the challenge, we’ve appointed Dan Buckingham to the new role of Service Design Director.

Dan brings a unique mix of retail, travel, and hospitality knowledge gained with some of the world’s best experience brands. He has spent the majority of the last ten years at Virgin Group, first at Virgin Holidays, where he rose to head up retail operations before moving to Virgin Atlantic in 2018. Prior to that, he was an area manager at Selfridges and held management positions at Waitrose.

Dan says, “I’ve always looked outside my own industry for inspiration and been lucky enough to work across sectors with customer experience at their heart. I’m looking forward to the opportunity that comes from joining Honest, allowing me to apply my cross-section of industry knowledge to transform the experiences of brands around the world.”
